Radar-Activated Speed Bumps

Gwyn Harvey has developed a new radar-activated speed bump system �that would only deploy to slow drivers traveling at an unreasonable speed.� The so-called �Selective Road Humps� would likely cost a great deal more than regular speed humps, but could theoretically be justified in busy subdivisions and residential areas.
